UPBS holds a 3-Day 2024 Workshop on Building Capacity For Entrepreneurship

The University of Port Harcourt Business School (UPBS) successfully concluded a dynamic 3-day workshop titled “Building Capacity for Entrepreneurship,” held from July 17th to 19th, 2024. The event was organized to provide students with crucial entrepreneurial skills and insights, helping them navigate the complexities of starting and managing successful businesses.

The workshop was hosted by Professor Emeka J. Okereke, the Director of the University of Port Harcourt Business School, who played a key role in shaping the event’s agenda and ensuring its success. In his opening address, Professor Okereke highlighted the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset among students, noting, “Entrepreneurship is the engine of economic growth.
